What do you love about being on the water?
Hanging with good friends in remote parts of the world. Getting out of my comfort zone and scaring the sh!t out of myself. Coming home with great stories. Seeing more of the globe.

Where do you see the sport progressing?
Kayaking rivers is unique in the fact that you get take a ride through a landscape and view it from such an awesome perspective. All the while you are also having a blast on the water. Its is a sport that is also not very weather dependent so you can go whenever you want and its great exercise. I see kayaking getting very popular in the near future and competitions will lean more towards extreme racing.

Most inspirational paddler?
Most people out there having fun, being adventurous and pushing the limits.

When your not in a kayak, where are you?
Surfing. Travelling to some remote place to do something crazy. Off to Greenland next week.

Anything else you want to add?
Always carry your safety kit.
